NUPI-LAN IS ONE OF THE HISTORY OF MANIPURI WOMEN.IN EARLY 40S,the brave mother fought for sowed the new seeds of economic and politics reform.It was started in 1939 as manipuri Ema against the economic and administrative policies ruled by the maharaja(NINGTHOU)and political Agent Mr.Maxwell.
